I’ve finally found you, my missing puzzle piece, I’m complete (:
It’s time for me to make some changes to my blog. So everything is getting redone (:
Are you pumped???
You should be.
WARNING: This is a love post & it will be short, sweet & mushy. Now that that is clear I can type away.
Tonight Brandon and I went to see Crazy Stupid Love. I absolutely thought it was amazing. I loved all of the characters and I feel that they all stuck to their roles and made me laugh, cry and just go what the hell. In the end it just made me realize how in love with Brandon I truly am. I would do anything for the kid. I love him so much. I would spend everyday with his handsome self because he makes me feel incredible. I am not joking. We argue but that’s it just argue and it’s very rare at that. There isn’t anything that I would change. NOT A SINGLE THING. We still act like we did in the first couple weeks of our relationship where everything is brand new and it’s all hearts, rainbows, and butterflies. People tell me all the time that we are perfect for each other & I tried for a long time to not get a big head over it but I cannot help it because I believe it. We are perfect for each other, we compliment each other (it goes deeper than you would think), he takes care of me when i’m tipsy and is my protector. He can be my strong, sexy man one minute then be my sensitive, sweet man the next. He is everything I have always wanted but thought that it wasn’t attainable in a guy. He is my example of perfection & I am truly head over heels for this love of my life.
Warped Tour 2011 was absolutely amazing. Brandon and I woke up at six in the morning and didn’t end up home until twelve thirty in the a.m. We left at eight in the morning and didn’t officially walk through the doors until after twelve thirty p.m. The concert started at eleven thirty. Orlando is about two hours away and we spent one of the three hours it took us in line. To go one point four miles. It was ridiculous. I’m so lucky to have Brandon, he helps me be patient. We just jammed out to A Day To Remember for an hour and really got pumped. Apparently some kids thought it would be funny to mock me. I just laughed. I felt bad that they weren’t having as good of a time as we were being stuck in traffic. SIDE NOTE: I had to go to the potty so bad. I held it for an hour. I do believe I should receive a reward. The guys behind us just ran into a McDonald’s that was beside the stopped traffic. At first I didn’t think he would make it but after thirty minutes of completely stopped traffic, the feat seemed easily feasible. Once we parked the line didn’t seem so bad it was only about five or ten minutes. We were in, I pottied, and the world was at peace. We listened to so much music. I’m pretty sure both of us loved A Day To Remember, they were definitely my favorite and I don’t have any second thoughts about them being Brandon’s favorite band at Warped. Much to my surprise Family Force 5 was there. I was so excited because I had looked at the line ups a million times but just missed their name. When they were playing their last song I got in line for the signing. There were only about six or seven people in front of me. This might seem like not really oh dear worthy but in reality those lines for signings stretched across tents. They all signed my fabulous shirt and they were actually funny guys who were joking the whole time. It was so exciting. The lead singer actually got into a rubber ball and crowd surfed while singing. There was another band that I was newly introduced to called Set It Off. I really enjoyed their music so much I bought their CD. They all signed it and I had the singer put to Abby (: It made the CD way more special haha. We then listened to them play an acoustic session of about six songs. I really love when it’s just guys and their guitars. It really shows off how strong they are vocally. It was funny that the drummer used a water dispenser & a box to drum on throughout their performances. They played in a tent so it was very nice for Brandon and I to get some shade because it was incredibly hot. I didn’t think it would bother me but I guess the farther south you go in Florida, the hotter it gets. Anyways, I am so happy that Brandon got me listening to ADTR because I like the band, they sound great live. I was scared they wouldn’t sound to hot live. Most artists bomb singing live. I actually knew most of the songs they sang and I could sing and do my mini head banging sessions. After a ton of songs we headed back to my car for the long drive home. We made one pit stop to McDonald’s and then set off for the ending of a perfect day. Brandon told me it was the best birthday present he had ever received. The only thing I was thinking is I’m so lucky and he is the best present I’ve ever received. I’m not only blessed with the best parents a girl can have, I have the most incredible boyfriend a girl can have.
This is a video I took, a little tidbit of one of ADTR songs
I know yall probably weren’t expecting a novel so I’m going to post some pictures of Warped Tour under the cut <3 Continue reading
Recently I’ve actually started using my Skype. I found out you can take “snapshots” and I love that feature. I had to work an overnight last night so my love kept me company until almost four in the morning so I could sleep all day Saturday (: When I went to work that Friday I found a note on my timecard that said I had an interview for this Intimates & Accessories Specialist position. I never really thought I would even get interviewed, so I am very very excited and I hope I can do very well the interview. Back to the overnight, there was only seven of us which isn’t a lot of people because we normally have about ten to do our entire store. We finished early but I said I would stay late to work on some merchandising for intimates and accessories haha go figure. I left at six thirty so I worked ten to six thirty with only one fifteen minute break. After work I went home and my dad and I were at the gym by seven forty. After that fun ordeal we came home and I hit super bum status. I layed on a float in my pool for about three hours. It helped me relax and work on my much-needed tan. In other news Brandon’s birthday and Warped Tour 2011 is in five days!!!! I am so excited. That’s a big reason why I’m working on my tan. I want to look super cute for my love and myself. When I get my outfit complete I will definitely post it (: I’m still uncertain on what tank top to wear, I bought a lime green one with lace on the sides but I’m still hoping to find a special Victorias Secret one with a fun saying on it. I have a couple of places to still try out like Forever 21 & Victorias Secret. Who know’s what I’ll end up with on Friday, I’m just glad it’s so close so I can’t change my mind that much…..that much <3
These past few days have been simply wonderful. We were having a shed put in and needed to stay at the house until it was built. I was definitely not prepared for day one because I woke up at eight in the morning with a ton of pounding and nailing going on. It was my moms day off so I decided to stay home with her and we played in the pool. I also worked on my tan for the fabulous Warped Tour 2011 event coming up on the 29th. After we were done having a blast in the water I went to the grocery store to get some yummy items for my Fetticine Alfredo. I have a special recipe that I use so I knew it was oging to be amazing. My mom and dad didn’t want any of mine when I was making it but whenever we sat down and they tried it the canned alfredo was chopped liver! After a wonderful dinner we watched the new show Alphas. It was really great, lots of special effects and cool crazy people. I will definitely be watching it on Monday nights. Today, my mom had to go to work and I didn’t want to be home alone with six or seven guys working on the shed outside. I guess my mom made me paranoid but Brandon came over and made everything all better. We watched a movie called My Super Psycho Sixteen 2. It was really good for being just an MTV movie. I jumped and was scared. Being in Brandon’s arms made it a little bit easier. After that I made us a big bowl of vanilia ice cream with Hershey’s chocolate syrup and Ovaltine malt flavoring. We then worked on scrapbooking and Brandon drew me some cats to symbolize our months ahead in my planner that I am addicted to. We were working on stuff until about five haha so it was hours upon hours of fun at my house. (: Brandon had to work at seven so unfortunately he didn’t go to dinner with my dad and I for our usual Thursday dinner outings. We went to Krystals and it was great. I’ve just been having a wonderful couple of months with my family and friends. I’m also even enjoying my job now. I’m loving how things are looking up. Oh and by the way these pictures are from the fabulous St. Augustine trip that Brandon and I took a couple of days ago. We both needed a mini vacation and I believe this was the perfect one. We took about a thousand pictures and even more. Our favorite place to go is the beach. It makes us happy and we love it.
We were hot messes (:
